Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $250/night (weekday) .. $325/night (weekends and holiday weeks). Cancellation within 30 days is non-refundable. Non refundable pet deposit of $100 per pet. Holiday rates are subject to change. Credit card authorization is required. One time cleaning fee $125.00. Additional $35.00 charge per person per night for more than 2 guest. Property is available for weddings/e-mail to inquire about rates. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Dates available: Year Round.
