Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- $100/night 2 night minimum (plus $75 cleaning fee);
$600/week with/7 day booking, $90 each night thereafter; book at least 10 days don't pay cleaning fee, some monthly renting may be considered;
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and E-Checks also accepted.
Pet fee $75, non-refundable;
+NC tax 9.75%;
$200.00 refundable deposit.
Veterans and Seniors ask about discounts--Return guests get 10% off next visit - Proof of smoking in the home tenant will forfeit the $200.00 rental fee. Deposit and full payment are required for short term rentals. Reservations made greater than 3 months in advance 1/2 rental and all of the deposit is required.
