Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- - The $80 cleaning fee will be waived if staying for 5 or more nights
- $300 Security Deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation
- All balance are due 6 weeks before your arrival.
- Gas grill can be requested for rent at $50/week
- Optional Pool/Spa heating for additional $135/week or $20/day
- Long-term renters and snowbirds are welcome. Please contact owner for rate.
- Credit card payments are accepted via PayPal or Homeaway.
