HOLIDAY/PEAK - December 23 - 31, 2012, January 11 - 13, 2013 and February 15 - 23, 2013
WEEKLY RATES QUOTED ARE FOR THE 5 NIGHT SKI WEEKS - ARRIVE SUNDAY AND DEPART ON FRIDAY. RECEIVE 5 NIGHTS LODGING FOR THE PRICE OF 4! SKI MID-WEEK AND SAVE! - 50% of the total property rental rate is due within seven days of booking your reservation. The balance of rent and 10% lodging tax is due 21 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 21 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking. Cancellations received with more than 21 days notice will receive a refund less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received with less than 21 days notice are not entitled to a refund unless the property is re-rented.
