Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- No cleaning fee required unless damage occurs
- $500 non refundable deposit required at the time of booking for winter monthly rental. Balance of rent (less the $500 deposit) is due 60 days prior to arrival. We can suggest several vacation insurance companies which include cancellation insurance if desired.
