- 50% deposit to confirm booking. Balance 30 days prior arrival and refundable Security Deposit.
- Cancellation policy: Deposit are not refundable under any circumstances, a cancellation, late arrivals, early departures and/or changes forfeit the full advance payment of the deposit. If cancellation or changes occurs (60 days) prior to arrival, we will credit the nights for a future reservation made (60 days) prior to the future arrival dates, excluding PR and US holidays. Early departures forfeit the full advance payment and payment will not be refundable.
- Rate Applicable for 16 persons, Additional person is $25 per night. - Special Events and Weddings at Casa Vela: Casa Vela is available to host special events. It is required when hosting a special event that the villa is rented, 4 night minimum, regular rates apply.
Special Events Cost Fee is $500. Up to 25 guests can attend for special events, over 25 guests per event additional fee would be applied.
Onsite catering, Chef, decorating and event planners are available, please call for details.
We also offer Private Boat Trips to West Coast Cays and the Visit of the Bioluminescent Bay at Parguera, Requires reservation - Ask
