Hobe Sound House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- All rates include taxes and cleaning fees.
- IN SEASON -November 1st -April 30th $295 per night with a 3 night minimum stay. The weekly rate is $1790 and the monthly rate is $4790.
SUMMER- May 1st-October 31st $250 per night with a 3 night minimum stay. The weekly rate is $1490 and the monthly rate is $3990. July 4th week is IN SEASON pricing.
We require a $500 deposit to hold the reservation.This becomes your security deposit while you are here.It is 100% refundable within 15 days of your departure. One half of the rental amount is due within 7 days of making the reservation and the other half is due 60 days prior to arrival.
We do keep $75 if you are traveling with a pet (sorry-dogs only) for steam cleaning /allergens.
