Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Security Deposit: $350
- Holiday rate: add $50/night (3 night minimum, 5 night min. during winter holiday).
Weekly Rate: $1150-$1275. Monthly Rate: $3900-$5900. On-line Booking & Credit Card payments are preferred (Visa/MC/Disc/AmEx). Additional $15/night for American Express payment. Calendar changes quickly. It is best to reserve well in advance.
