North Yarmouth House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rental Agreement to be signed with a deposit of 50% down to secure the specified dates. A Damage Deposit (separate check) of $1,000 to be sent with the balance. The balance is due 2 weeks before the booking date. Personal or business checks will be accepted. If plans change and prospective renter is unable to stay on their secured dates, the deposit is Non-Refundable. No amount of the deposit will be refunded.
