Mayfield House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $300/nt - $2400/wk US Dollars
- $300/night ............ $1500/week September 9th until Jun 1st.;
2 night minimum.;
Summer: High season;
Jun 1st - Sept 9th $2400/week. July - Aug (Sat-Sat only);
Note: Now taking all reservations;
Summer rates include cleaning fee but do not include $400 security deposit.;
Security deposit will be returned upon property inspection and key return based on contract.
Check in is 4pm. Check out is 9am. This is not flexible during June, July, Aug.
Please note: I do not use a management company. You will always deal directly with me, and I will never ask you to send cash or money via Western Union. My prefered method is personal check. - Dates Available: Year Round. Now taking all reservations.
