Pender Harbour House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- High Season (May to October): Fri/Sat = $600/night, Sun-Thurs = $400/night, $3000/week, Please note there is a 3 night min stay or alternately a flat fee of $1400
Low Season (November to April): Fri/Sat = $400/night, Sun-Thurs = $300/night, $2000/week, Please note there is a 3 night min stay or alternately a flat fee of $1000
All long weekend nights are priced as weekend nights (see Fri/Sat rates)
These fees include taxes and cleaning.
The full rental fee + $500 refundable security/damage is due at time of booking. This security/damage deposit will be refunded back within 14 days after departure provided there is no damage to the property or items missing.
The base number of guests is limited to 8 persons without additional charges. The maximum occupancy is 10 adults. An additional charge of $50 per person per night will be added for any guests aging over 12 years old who are staying in addition to the 8 adults.
Check In time is 5:00pm and Check Out is 12:00 - Cancellation Policies: As the rental dates approaches it can become increasingly difficult to find alternate paying guests. If a Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:
If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, a $150 CAD cancellation fee will be charged.
If cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, and the property is not able to be re-rented, ½ of the rental cost will be full refunded. The security/damage deposit will also be refunded.
If cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival, and the property is not able to be re-rented, only the security/damage deposit will be refunded.
Full payments, minus a $150 CAD cancellation fee will be refunded at any time as long as the property is re-rented for that time period.
