Rates are based on 12 guests, additional guests over 12 to a maximum of 14 is $100.00 per person plus taxes. Children under age 2 are not included in the guest count. If the rental dates fall on or in the week of a holiday there will be an additional $100.00 fee.
Pet fees;
1st pet 25/per night, each additional pet is 15/per night
Pool heating is optional: $55.00 per day (3 day minimum) $350.00 per week.
Golf Cart (optional)
If Rental falls on or during Memorial Day or 4th of July Holiday, rates increase by $200.00. Check in 4:00PM Check out 10:00AM - Monthly Rates are for January and February, utilities are included. Guest is responsible for the difference of electric utility over $300.00.
Monthly Pet Fees:
1st pet $150./per month each additional pet 75./per month
Monthly Rates are for 2 guests, additional guests are $100/mo per person.
