Fajardo Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rental rates are subject to change. Please contact owner for up-to-date quote.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT - A security deposit of 1 night's rental is required to book the unit and will be refunded within 14 days of property inspection after check-out provided that no damage and no penalties have been charged to the property.
PAYMENT - For the purpose of a reservation, the security deposit is required and must be paid to reserve your dates. Remaining fees can be paid via money order, cashier's check or PayPal (Visa, Mastercard,Discover). We reserve the right to accept other reservations if a deposit and/or full payment has not been received. Total monies are due 2 weeks (14 days) prior to arrival date if time allows it.
SUPER SPECIAL RATES - Special rates for periods over 8 nights available. Pls contact owner to inquire.
PENALTIES - Once full payment has been received, in the event that you need to cancel the trip within 2 weeks of your 'check in date', the security deposit will be forfeitted. Otherwise a $25 adm fee or 3.5% will be deducted from the deposit. - Please be sure to navigate through this page to obtain as much information for the rental as possible - rates, availability, etc are already included. If staying less than 8 nights, the applicable rate is published in the rate section of the listing.

1) To calculate: multiply nightly rates x # of nights staying. Consult for stays over 8 nights.
2) What other fees are included?. Besides accommodation rate, you will be required to pay a security deposit to make the reservation plus a $75 cleaning fee.
3) Can you give us a 'break' or special rate?. Special rates are available for stays over 8 nights.
4) Our party has 8 adults and 2 kids. Can we bring inflatable mattress for the kids?. The absolute maximum allowed in the unit is only 8 people. Violation to that will incur in additional fees by the administration of the complex.
5) We enjoy doing cookouts. Can we bring our bbq for the balcony?. Grilling is NOT allowed.
