- One the bedrooms can be set up with either a King bed or two twin beds. It will be set for 2 twins and you can convert it to a King if you desire. Foam mattress topper and all linens are provided for you to convert it. 2 queen pull out couches are in the upper loft and all linens are provided for you to set up. 2 extra twin beds and linens are located in the theatre room closet which you can be set up in the movie theatre or game room downstairs.
