Does not include 9% NH tax (any future state, local or federal fees if they occur). $500.00 Refundable Security Deposit and $60.00 Refundable Key Deposit. Rates based on 2 night minimum. Holidays are higher. Unit is cleaned thoroughly at beginning and end of rental - included. Additional cleanings available for a fee. Keys provided in person at Unit by our concierge service - We ask renters to provide estimated time of arrival in advance. Renters call to return keys in person at condo unit to our Concierge Service. Thank you.
- Rental availability at our unit will be from two to fourteen days. At this time we do not offer monthly, seasonal or annual rentals. Our unit is expressly designed for individuals and groups on vacation and/or to visit people and places in the North Country in New Hampshire. We ask that a maximum of 10 people (including children) stay in unit. Some exceptions can be made, leases will specify maximum guests staying inside unit.
Tips for maid and concierge are included for one time of stay. Renters can choose to tip for additional services rendered.
There is no charge for initial cleaning/linens and end of stay clean-up at our unit. Renters who wish additional maid service are able to do so by contacting Rental Office to inquire about times and rates.
Shuttlebus is free on campus but small tips are recommended for drivers.

- Two upstairs Queen Bedrooms have own Master Bath, One has view of Bretton Woods ski mountain. Middle Floor Queen Bedroom shares Hollywood Bath with L/Dining area, Lower Level (freshly carpeted) has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds, it's own couch/tv area and full bathroom. Owners prefer a maximum of 10 visitors per rental. Absolutely no pets due to Condo Regulations and Allergies. If a few extra children, please inquire to owner, may be flexible.

Notes:
Thanks for your interest in our Condo Rental Unit. We used to offer free membership in Rosebrook Club on the premises which includes indoor pool, gym, games, etc. Due to extreme price increase we will split cost of use per renter $40/$40 per rental visit/family group. We will provide details on addendum on lease.
We have gas grill and deck furniture for outdoor and mountain viewing. Kitchen is fully equipped however if renter prefers gourmet/specialty items regarding cookware/tools/spices - we recommend that they bring from home.
Full sized refrigerator and freezer but recommend renters bring coolers if they have expanded need for refrigeration.
local store offers bagged ice.
Reminder we are on the premises of Omni Mount Washington Hotel and the Bretton Woods ski area, and all amenities are accessible via shuttlebus. However, not all amenities are available to all renters and some require advanced booking. Please call 603-278-1000 for details.
