Cocoa Beach Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A $500.00 deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. This deposit will be applied towards your rent. Half of the balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival with the remaining balance due seven (7) days prior to arrival.
A ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made ninety (90) days or less prior to the arrival date will incur a loss of 50% of the deposit. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. - DAMAGE/ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION: Renters will be completely responsible for any and all damage to the home or property caused by Renters, whether accidental or due to Renters negligence. However, Renters understand that the rental includes an accidental damage rental policy providing up to $5,000 (cost = $59.00) in accidental damage protection provided Renters notify the owner and assist the owner in making a claim. Renters understand that Renters are responsible for damage beyond the coverage provided by the accidental damage insurance. Renters are also responsible for damage that would have been covered by the accidental damage insurance if Guests fail to advise the Owner of the damage and provide the necessary information that would allow the Owner to file a claim against the policy.

Endulge after a wonderful sunny day on the beach in your deep bathroom tub or stand in the shower (which easily fits two people) as the 6 Vigo showerheads massage your body in the master bedroom bathroom. Between the two bedrooms, there is a 'Jack and Jill' bathroom so that both bedrooms have easy access in the middle of the night or early in the morning. This allows for complete privacy. Off of the kitchen area, is a half bath stocked with extra supplies.

- The queen canopy bedroom set is beautifully maintained in solid cherry wood. There are tons of drawers and a 32' flat-screen TV in the armoire. Two comfortable chairs in this room are great for reading the paper, enjoying your morning coffee or just simply waiting for your significant other to finish getting ready! The mattress is a pillow top Select Comfort for your sleeping enjoyment. The master bedroom and bath has a door for complete privacy! The second bedroom houses wall to wall bookshelves with two very comfortable twin beds in a daybed. These bookshelves have a built-in desk for your laptop and a printer for your use. This bedroom has a walk-in-closet, a huge squire chest for your clothes and shares a Jack & Jill Bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a combination TV and DVD/VCR. There is also a writing desk/computer desk that is stocked with paper, pens, staples, tape & all necessary office supplies you will need.
