If cancelled from date of contract to 91 days prior to arrival date 50% cancellation fee will be charged, If cancelled between 30 - 90 days, 70% cancellation fee will be charged. If cancelled between 1 - 30 days, no money will be refunded unless the unit is re-rented out. In this case 50% + difference on the rent will be charged. We will give you the option to apply the cancellation fee to a future reservation.
