- This 3 bedroom home is a 35 minute drive to the White Mountains of NH. If you're looking for seclusion, but still want to be within driving distance to the ski areas, tax-free outlet shopping, hiking, snowmobile/ATV trails, canoeing/kayaking, etc... this location is perfect!
Weekends should not be split. Weekend rentals are Friday arrival-Sunday departure. If Saturday-Monday or Thursday-Saturday is required, there's an extra charge of $125 applied.
Weekly rates are based on Monday thru Sunday, unless otherwise agreed w/ owner. Shorter stays are accepted.
Parties over 8 people are subject to a $50 charge per person.
A $500 deposit is held in the event of any damage to the home. Deposits are returned within 48 hours of departure, pending any damages.

- There are three bedrooms to accommodate 6 people comfortably, as well as 2 large couches that can be used for extra sleep space if necessary(8 ppl max). The master bedroom has a private full bathroom and walk in closet. The two other bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower and tub and overlook the back yard and the 14 acres of land. All are extremely peaceful and secluded. This home includes a Great Room upstairs, which can be used as a play area or reading room, as well as an office space if needed. There's also ample room for air mattresses, a crib, or play pen(not included). There is a full daylight basement with another TV/DVD player, and a ping pong table. In the winter months, the driveway is plowed as needed.

In addition, there is a ping pong table and TV/entertainment center in the basement and a fire pit in the back yard. The house is a perfect retreat for family and/or friends looking to get off the beaten path while still being close to shopping, outdoor activities, dining, etc... Perfect location for Fall Foliage! Great local seafood restaurant, many antique shops, Rite Aid, Dunkin Donuts, Subway, pizza, Hannaford, small local market. Krista's- local, casual fine dining restaurant (amazing brunch), Ossipee River & Saco River. If you are interested in attending the Fryeburg Fair while enjoying Maine's beautiful Fall foliage, the dates are Sept.30 thru Oct.7. This home is only a 20 minute drive to/from the fair. From Fryeburg, ME, it's a short 15 minute drive to North Conway, NH for lots of outlet shopping, skiing, hiking, biking, or whatever you may prefer during the appropriate season. There are mountain biking/hiking trails right behind the house.
