Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- **SPRING PROMOTION, 10% OFF ANY RENTAL BOOKED BY THE END OF MAY** (Doesn't matter what dates!)
Current rates are as follows:
Spring (4/1 - 5/31): Weeknight - $325 night; Friday and Saturday night - $475 per night
Summer (6/1 - 8/83): Weeknight - $395 night; Friday and Saturday night- $595 per night
Fall (9/1 - 11/31): Weeknight - $345 night; Friday and Saturday night- $575 per night
Winter (12/1 - 3/31): Weeknight - $295 night; Friday and Saturday night- $445 per night
*Holiday Rates* Please contact the property manager for all holiday rates
Weekly rates are 10% off nightly rates with a 6 night minimum.
There will be a $110 cleaning fee added to each rental.
