$60 discount off the WEEKLY SUMMER rate if you pay by check or bank check.
September-May
weekly or weekend $2000/week or $300/night (minimum of 2 nights) - We rent weekend and weekly during the off-peak season only. The cleaning fee is included in the rental rate for 3 or more night rentals. Cleaning fee of $100 is required if less than 3 nights are rented.
We do not rent to anyone under 24 or to any school or prom groups, regardless of there being a chaperone.
You must be of 'legal and responsible age' to rent our home. This person must be one of the guests who remains with the rental party throughout their stay.
Parents, please do not call to rent for high school or college parties as guests may be asked for proof of age at time of check-in.
