The treatmill is to work out and watch TV while exercising. The fitness center is 3 minutes away by car and is located across the street from The Malibu Inn. The entire house was designed remodeled for a perfect Malibu lifestyle. Two bedrooms and 2 baths downstairs; One bedroom has a little kitchenette with Marble bar; Upstairs 2 more bedrooms and 2 baths, all granite and gorgeous.The entire house has high ceilings with lots of windows and off course the sun shines all day long on the balcony.

You can walk, almost anywhere, or get a bic and ride the coast. or just go hiking in the Santa Monica and Malibu Mountains.
