- $200 cleaning fee for 2 day stay
- Ideal arrangement is for 3 days plus. Two day stays, such as weekend Friday-Saturday night stays may be available upon review. This is a residential neighborhood so no events with a large number of people (weddings, receptions, parties, etc.) are allowed.
- Partial rate for three days or more is at $321 times (number of days plus 1). $150 cleaning fee. 2 day stay requires special review. $200 cleaning fee. $1,000 refundable security deposit returned within 14 days rom end of stay.
