A 25% deposit of total rental amount is required to reserve--this amount is non-refundable unless we can find other renters for the same time-frame.
Balance of payment, as well as a $200 USD cash security deposit is due upon arrival. This security deposit is refunded upon departure, unless there is damage to property. - Note on charges for electricity: During peak season, tenants receive a $75 per month ($18.75 per week or comparable pro-rated) allowance for electric bills, but are responsible for any charges exceeding this amount. The condo is screened throughout and these allowances are more than adequate to cover all electricity expenses with reasonable use of A/C. Tenants will be notified of any electricity charges upon departure.
For non-peak, 6-month rentals, tenants pay all electric costs.
