- Rates will be individually negotiated, based on factors such as stay length and number of persons.
- This is our second home, and is not used exclusively for rental purposes. We reserve the right to accept or decline rentals for any (legal) reason.
Rates as listed for general purposes are for a maximum of four (4) persons. Groups of more than four (4) are subject to higher rates and differing terms. Rentals for persons not exceeding two (2) persons are subject to sustantial discount based on rental term/length.
Higher weekly, daily or monthly rates may apply during peak season weeks or holiday periods. - In addition to rates to be negotiated, a security deposit will be charged. Deductions to be made from returned deposits will include: (1) cleaning fee on departure negotiated based on length of stay; (2) costs associated with pool/spa heating if that is requested; (3) discretionary use of items such as pay-per-view movies, etc., and (4) any damages, if any. All security deposits made, less deductions such as those noted above, will be repaid to renters within 30 days of departure.

- Bathroom #1 is an ensuite private master bath in floor-to-ceiling marble providing a double-sized walk-in two headed shower system with custom glass enclosure, separate Jacuzzi spa tub with privacy glass windows and double sink vanity. This bathroom itself is a work-of-art in the home. Bathroom #2 is also an ensuite bath for the Main Guest Room. It provides a single-sink marble vanity, and step-in 5' marble and glass enclosure shower. Bathroom #3 is the home's main bathroom. Located in the direct center of the house, this bathroom boasts a pedestal sink and hammered silver hued walls. With a large shower as well, this bath also may serve as the bathroom associated with the Second Guest Room. This bathroom has two entry doors, one from the living wing of the home and one from the bedroom wing.

- In a separate wing of our home, we enjoy three very large bedrooms, each equipped with fine Italian linens, goose down pillows and comforters, top-of-the-line incredibly sumptuous new Stearns and Foster pillowtop mattresses, and halogen ceiling fans. The Master Suite entered through double doors, provides a king bedroom set, cathedral ceilings, sitting area, walk-in closet, HD 42-inch flat panel television, and double french-door private access to back pool/spa area. There is an adjacent ensuite bath (described above.) The Main Guest Room provides a full queen sleigh-style bedroom set, sitting area, desk/office area, cathedral ceilings, walk-in closet and ensuite bath (described above.) The Second Guest Room provides a queen sleigh bed, Empire-inspired nightstands, smaller sitting area and triple closet, and its guests utilize the home's center bathroom (described above.)
