Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Rental rate is $150 per night for the self contained home and an extra $60 if the extra guest house is also used. Includes housekeeping service and host.
The main house, with the guest house included, will rent for $3550.00 per month. - Rates are negotiable depending on the length of the stay and the number of people.
