- Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Columbus Day Weekends are each a three-night minimum at $800 a night.
Williams college graduation: $5,500 per week, or $4,500 for four nights (four night minimum). Alumni week: $5,000 per week, or $4,000 for four nights (four night minimum).
Four nights at Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year's 2011-2012 is $3000, and a full week is $3800.
Winter holiday weekends are a three night minimum at $700 per night.
Williams Homecoming (November 12) is a two-night minimum at $750 per night.
Solid Sound Concert is $2200 for three nights.
Other special holiday rates may apply.
Summer rates include a per day charge for heating the pool.
