Bretton Woods Townhome Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- There is a $75 cleaning fee and a 9% New Hampshire tax.
A reservation is reserved with a payment equal to 50% of the rental rate. This payment is fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled no later than 30 days before the first day of the scheduled arrival. The remainder of the rental rate is due 30 days before the first day of the scheduled arrival. Also due at the same time is the damage/loss deposit. The damage/loss deposit is an authorization credit to your credit card or a separate check. If a credit card is used, the creidt It will be reversed once the unit is cleaned and inventoried after departure and no loss or damage is confirmed. The check will be shredded or returned to the customer.
A check is the preferred method of payment. Credit cards are subject to a 3% surcharge.
