- $500 rental deposit (non refundable) is due plus a $250.00 refundable damage deposit or renters insurance is required at the time of reservation. Final payment is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. The $250 refundable damage deposit may be refunded provided there are no damage/missing items.
There will be a discount for those who rent consecutive months.
