Located North of Atlantic Blvd, South of Copans Rd and East of Federal Hwy/ US1. This location makes it very close (2 minutes) to Local Beaches, (5 minutes) to Fishing Piers, Hillsboro Inlet Deep Sea Charter Boat Fishing Fleet & Marina, Deep Sea Diving. Reef Snorkeling, Parasailing, and Jet-Ski rentals are all within walking distance. At the end of the street is a Beautiful Playground and Athletic Park with workout stations, including beach access into the intercoastal waterway for wading, fishing or some swimming. 'Pet Friendly' It is a relaxed 3 minute walk to the Park. This home is located on a Dead End street which reduces traffic. NEWLY ADDED FOR THIS SEASON (2) 2 PERSON KAYAKS AND 4 BIKES.

Bring your cooler, camera's snacks from your vacation home and personal choice of beverages while on a relaxed ride along the intracoastal waterway on a wonderful site seeing trip. You have not seen South Florida unless you see it by water.
