Why rent this house? It's a very economical stay! The GSA 2011 per diem for Phoenix during the winter months is $126 for a motel room and $66 per day per person for meals. That equates to $258 a day for a couple without a few of your favorite beverages! Imagine yourself spending a week eating out every night and then returning to a cramped motel room and sitting on your bed watching TV! Now imagine having a whole house to roam in, sitting by your private pool, grilling your favorite meal and having a few of your favorite beverages at a lesser overall cost! Share the house with another couple and it's even more economical! - This is a non-smoking house. However, you may smoke outside on the porch or the yard. In the event we find you have smoked in the house, there will be an additional charge to your charge card and you will be unable to rent from us in the future. Please be courteous to future renters!
