- Reservation procedure and cancellation policy: To book a stay, we require 30% down payment. The remainder of the rent is due two weeks prior to your arrival. as the security deposit -1000 Euro. We also need your postal address in order to send the rental agreement, to be signed and returned. We do accept : French Euro cheques, credit card payments through Paypal (additional Paypal fee of 4%), cash. We also accept bank transfers (considering the transferred amount must be in Euro, and net of bank charges). You may cancel up to one month before your said arrival. One month prior to your arrival the full payment is due, in case of cancellation we may return 50 % of the rent if we are able to book the apartment for the said period.

In Nice you will be personally welcomend and introduced to your apartment by our service agency. They will provide fresh sheets and towels and will also arrange the final cleaning. In case there is a question or problem you can always call them.
Your privacy is important to us, but we can also provide you with even more attention. You require every-day cleaning, a boat rental or a bottle of champagne? Just call our representative in Nice and he will assist you with his utter most hospitality.
Please note that due to the high standard and the expensive collector´s furniture we need to take a deposit.
