An Advanced Payment equal to 50% of the renal rate is required 60 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. The Balance Of The Rent Is Due 45 Days Prior To Your Arrival Date. Payments can be made in the form of credit card, traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks. If payment is made by credit card a small processing fee applies.

All Reservations are Subject to a Cleaning Fee of $70 plus Lodging Tax at 8.5%.
