There is a one month security deposit required and Ocean Trace charges their own $500 security deposit to cover the amenities. All reasonable use of utilities are covered and this includes: Cable TV, high speed Internet access, electric, water, sewer and garbage pickup. Sorry, this is a no-smoking / no pets property.
- Cleaning service - we have a complimentary cleaning service who will change sheets, vacuum and generally keep the place looking spic and span.

We're not encouraging you to work on your vacation, but if you have to, feel free to take advantage of our wireless internet. The walk in closet is available to hang you clothes and next to this is the on-suite half bathroom. Guest Bedroom - feature a queen sized bed, side table, fancy Minka fan, dresser and a TV. Ample storage is available.
