- Only $300 first payment to reserve dates. We are primarily a Saturday to Saturday weekly stay vacation house rental. Minimum Age Limit for Renters: 30 years old minimum age of guests unless staying with parents/guardians. No Smoking. No pets. Rate plus 12 % Florida tax, $49 damage waiver fee (instead of security deposit), $95 cleaning fee. ask about holiday rates, etc.
Monthly rates: Jan=3995; Feb/march/april=7495; may- july=5995; august = 4995; sept-nov=3500; dec=4995. (we are more of a weekly stay place - Saturday to Saturday). Check in time: 3 p.m. or later. Check-out time: by 10 a.m. For best family share/split cost with friends/another family or try off-peak season for same great weather.

The master bedroom has a walk-in-closet, desk and high speed internet access throughout house for guests who bring laptops. * Twin/Single Bed (2) : 2 twin beds in the third bedroom. Good-sized closet and plenty of dresser drawer space for storage. Cable TV in all bedrooms & family room. * Convertible Bed (2) : - 2 queen size sofa sleepers in family room Beach toys & boogie boards. Basket of books, magazines, popular board games. Dressers and plenty of closet space in all bedrooms. New large high definition LED flat screen TV. Guests often comment on the decor & many guests return each year!
