We buy a damage protection policy for every rental stay for $89. No security deposit is needed and accidental damage is covered up to $5K.
A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required to place the reservation. The remainder of the rental fee is due 45 days before the first day of the reservations. We accept VISA, Master Card, AmEx, and Discover, but require a 3% fee to cover extra charges.
Beware of scammers: Always speak with me on the phone before sending money. Also, I personally will never ask for wire transfers--stay clear of offers needing personal banking information. - Rates include temporary membership in the Shoals Club. Bald Head Island Club social membership (which does NOT include golf privileges) can be added for an extra fee--please contact us about the rate.
