  • Renters must be 25 years or older.
  • This is a non-smoking property indoors and out.

    We buy a damage protection policy for every rental stay for $89. No security deposit is needed and accidental damage is covered up to $5K.

    A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required to place the reservation. The remainder of the rental fee is due 45 days before the first day of the reservations. We accept VISA, Master Card, AmEx, and Discover, but require a 3% fee to cover extra charges.

    Beware of scammers: Always speak with me on the phone before sending money. Also, I personally will never ask for wire transfers--stay clear of offers needing personal banking information.
  • Rates include temporary membership in the Shoals Club. Bald Head Island Club social membership (which does NOT include golf privileges) can be added for an extra fee--please contact us about the rate.

Notes: We have three golf carts, including one six-seater. The house has an elevator, making it very comfortable for people who are mobility challenged. Although the dining table only seats eight plus a high chair, it's easy to accommodate more people because the living room is contiguous, and chairs can be pulled up. Outdoor seating is very extensive. In the garage are beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and crabbing equipment. Our guests can access the Middle Island Marina with a special key and the Middle Island private East beach beach access.
