- There is also a double sofa bed in the TV room (Bedroom 4). All beds have comfortable, quality mattresses and bedding. Because of the beach house being surrounded by tall trees, the bedrooms are always cool in the summer time. One can also leave the large windows open at night because there are no insects such as mosquitoes, etc. Just listen to the sounds of the ocean! The beach house can accommodate up to 9 people depending on sleeping arrangements.
