Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Refundable Security Deposit = $500
- A refundable $500 security deposit against damage is required, to be returned within one week of leaving the apartment if there has been no damage. For more than 4 guests, in addition to the $500 dollar refundable deposit a $59 dollar Home-Away Protection non-refundable deposit also required.
There is a $120 cleaning charge payable in advance. For week long rentals with more than 4 guests, 2 days ($200) of cleaning is required and includes a mid-week cleaning. - For more than 4 guests, an additional fee per person can be applied.
