Belleayre Mountain House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A security deposit of $700 * is required, fully refundable if there is no damage to property.
- * Strictly a non-smoking house (allergies). Any evidence of smoking will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
Number of guests listed on agreement strictly reinforced. Groups of 10 or more must be cleared prior to the rental and subject to a $25/night per additional guest is required.
* Owner reserves the right to additional cleaning charges to be taken out of the security deposit if the house is left with excessive dirtiness, ie stains on furniture or rugs, floors, unwashed dishes, garbage improperly disposed of. Garbage is to be disposed of in clear plastic bags; recycled materials ... bottles, cans, foil, paper, etc. have to be sorted and left in the bin in separate clears plastic bags provided by owner.
