- A cleaning fee of 125.00 is required.
- The property rents from 3 pm on Saturday to 10 am the next Saturday. A deposit of $500 is required and once this is received a rental agreement will be sent. We ask that you sign and return the agreement. A $500 security deposit is required 30 days before occupancy, refundable within 10 days after you vacate the rental, providing the property is left in satisfactory condition. One half of the remaining rental is required 60 days prior to your scheduled move in date. The remaining balance is required 30 days prior to move in. All invoices will be sent to your email address at the appropriate intervals. Additional consecutive weeks will be discounted by $100 for weeks 2+.
