Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- If both halves are required to sleep up to 8 adults, then the combined rate is $2750pw.
- Please inquire as we would be delighted to offer just one bedroom/1 bathroom for two people who wish to stay at a luxury home but not have the total expense of a large property. This would be at a very advantageous rate of $1150 per week + 10% Tax.($190 per night + Tax - Minimum 6 nights stay charged)
Half the house is available for groups of up to 4 people & this has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge and dining area + full kitchen, washer & dryer. Cost is $1750 + 10% Tax per week ($290 per night + Tax - minimum 6 nights).
The whole house is also available sleeping up to 8 adults at $3250 per week/ $540 per night + 10% Tax (Min 6 nights)
Additional person $150 per week or part thereof.
We require a Security Deposit of at least $100 per person ($400 minimum) to be paid at time of booking. This is refundable within 7 days of departure providing the property is left in a clean and tidy order with no breakages or damage. Full payment is due 28 days prior to arrival. - Please enquire for all rates for separate areas of the villa which are rentable.
