Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $150-$225 per night - $900-$1350 per week US Dollars (holidays & special events slightly higher)

$200 deposit to secure your reservation if more than 30-days prior to arrival.
Full payment is required 30 days prior to your arrival.
If home requires excess cleaning $250 will be charged to your credit card.
CANCELLATIONS:
Outside of 30-days; refund less $50 CXL fee.
Within 30 days of arrival; No Refund.
No refunds for early check-outs.
