Pool heating is available at $150 per week, or $30 per day, 3 day minimum (encouraged for October through April). Pool heating requires use of the pool blanket during inactive periods and overnight.
Cleaning included at no cost for rentals of 6 days or more! Rentals of less than 6 days will incur $100 cleaning fee.

Low Season $750/wk $115/day
Mid Season $850/wk $125/day
High Season $950/wk $150/day - RESERVATION DEPOSIT - A nonrefundable reservation deposit of $200 ($400 for 2 weeks or more) is required. This must be received within five (5) business days of booking the reservation or the calendar will be reopened for potential bookings.
PAYMENTS – The BALANCE OF RENT is due 45 days (60 days for rentals of 2 weeks or longer) before your arrival date.
CANCELLATIONS – Any payment made will be refunded in full less a $100 or 10% administration fee, whichever is greater, prior to 45 days (60 days for rentals of 2 weeks or longer) from check-in, excluding the nonrefundable reservation deposit. Cancellations later than 45 days (60 days for rentals of 2 weeks or longer) will be forfeited.
SECURITY DEPOSIT - A refundable security deposit or insurance against property damage will be requested upon check-in through the property management company and will be returned no later than 14 days after check-out, should it not be required to cover property damage.

An old fashioned rocking chair provides the opportunity for some personal relaxation, or for a satisfying reading opportunity. Access to the pool area is provided via a patio door allowing you that early morning swim before the kids find you! The master also includes a floor safe to store your valuables during your stay. The second bedroom suite comprises of a luxurious Queen sized bed, a beautiful large dresser and mirror, tall chest and walk-in wardrobe, flat screen TV allowing you your own little haven. The 3rd and 4th are Disney themed, perfect for the little ones with everything that you could hope for. All bedrooms include large TVs, ceiling fans, nightstands, lamps, dressers, alarm clocks and walk-in closets.
