- Refundable deposit $500, non refundable $50. booking fee
- Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day weekends are 3 night minimum. There is the usual refundable security deposit on top of that of $500.00.

- Quality sheets and mattresses. The same mattress type we slept on at the Hyatt in Maui. We tracked down the supplier! Towels are all cotton or Egyptian cotton. Melt your day away in a luxurious queen sized pillow topped bed in two bedrooms and pillow topped twin beds in the third bedroom. ******** Upon arrival enjoy a glass of wine and a snack from your complimentary welcome basket, relax on the sofa and gaze out at the ocean in front of the fireplace ******** Freshly ground coffee will be a treat by the fireplace in the morning or outside on the balcony overlooking the ocean.
