The upper level of this home has four bedrooms, none on the middle level, and one private bedroom on the basement level which has a separate walk-in ground entrance (no stairs from the outside). Cribs: Do do not have any cribs but they are available via a third party which comes in and sets them up for a small additional cost.

Notes: Pikes Peak View, coffee, tea, spices and condiments in kitchen. Wonderful Air Conditioning in entire house. The welcoming parlor is to one side and the appropriately appointed dining room with intimate seating for six and six more seats in the nook. The dining room has china for 12 guests. The rest of the main floor focuses on the views to the south and east of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. There is a spacious great room with large digital TV plus a Blue Ray player. A gourmet kitchen including slab granite, silverware, utensils, spices and cookware to meet all your cooking needs (all you need to add is the food). The deck off the nook area is a perfect spot for lounging in the sun, sipping some libations, soaking in the beautiful Rockies and enjoying this private and tranquil setting. A gas BBQ grill is provided. The 3-car garage parks two cars and remotes are provided. The fireplaces are Gas - just throw the switch. Find the cooler and beach chairs in the garage.
