Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $55-$75/night
- -Add 12% sales tax
-Cleaning fee of $75.00 for stays less than 7 days.
-There are NO cleaning fees for stays of 7 days or more.
-Pool Heat is $25.00/night (it's optional)
-Security deposit $150.00, refunded after your stay of less than 7 days.
-Security deposit $300.00, refunded after your stay of 7 days or more. - For stays of a month or more...it's at a rate of $55.00/night. Snowbirds are welcomed. :)
For stays of less than a month are at a rate of $65.00/night.
Holiday Rates are $75.00/night.
