Weekly fees include utilities up to $75 per wk. - Small dog may be accepted with proof of shots & flea treatment immediately proceeding trip. Paperwork will be provided for Vet to sign off on. No pets are allowed on beds or furniture, or to run the house while vacationer is absent. Must be crated when alone. Add $250 pet fee + rental fee; Rental fee is to cover additional steam cleaning & pest control for pet rental - maximum monthly fee is $250 per month. Covers any problems that occurs for people with allergies - including owners.
Please NO NEGOTIATIONS UNLESS THERE ARE OPEN DAYS THAT ARE NOT FULL WEEKS. Holidays are additional and quoted per requests.

Upon request, at an additional rate of $35 pp/night, possibly 2 more 'may' be considered - if sent in by written request. Home must be returned in excellent condition. This home has every amenity that you could want - including a new Tempur-pedic Mattress on the Master Bed - which is the best way you can ever sleep. In fact, the house has absolutely phenomenal furniture inside and out. Every bedroom has new high end , very comfortable mattresses and new flat screen TVs.
