Rates do not include tax. Taxes include Hawaii State GET (General Excise Tax) of 4.16% & TAT (Transient Accommodation Tax) of 9.25%.

Dates available: Year Round - Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
Late checkout is available at an additional charge of 50% of the daily rate + tax up to 6:00 PM. After 6:00 PM a full day charge will apply.
Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel with 90 days written notice. With timely cancellation notice, all advance funds will be returned less a cancellation fee and the applicable processing fee, totaling $150. During the holiday seasons, the cancellation fee will be equal one night stay. Bookings made within the cancellation period are non-refundable.
If written notice is received less than 90 days, all advance funds will be forfeited unless the property can be re-booked for your rental dates. No refunds will be given for early departure. You are responsible for the entire time booked once within the non-cancellation period.
