$2500/week or $500/day for main floor of house (kitchen, living, 2 bedrooms)

Deposit 25% at booking, balance due 60 days before rental
Refundable damage deposit of $500 required with final payment
Loss of deposit if reservation canceled within 60 days of rental start date
