- - Both Master Bedroom #1 and Master Bedroom #2 have pillowtop King beds and access to the main balcony as well as incredible ocean views! - 3rd bedroom has a pillowtop Queen bed and a pull-out single sofa as well as a kitchenette, both ocean and estuary views, and private balcony. All furnishings and bedding very high end with custom wood headboards, flat screen TV's, and amenities. Rooms access balconies with incredible ocean & beach views. NOTE: Tessoro resort takes the max occupanciies listed for the unit very seriously. Please respect the max occupancy of 9 listed. Failing to do so can result in immediate eviction, loss of the total rental payment, loss of your security deposit as well as fines of up to $50 per person over the maximum listed. Please, no more than 9 people allowed in this condo. If you have more than 9 in your party, we have access to other Tessoro rental units (1bdr, 2bdr, and 3 bdr units). We will gladly coordinate one of these units for your group.
