Notes:
Top of the Gulf is affordable vacationing at its best. Our units are all very clean and well maintained. There is a spacious floor to ceiling window in every unit that maximizes your view from your unit.The grounds are tropically landscaped and there is an oversized heated pool and a kiddie wading pool. There are community charcoal grills and picnic tables poolside for your family gatherings. Coming up from the beach, there is a shower to rinse off sand. Most of the year, there is a beach service that sets up directly behind Top of the Gulf, for renting lounge chairs and umbrellas. Some of our units do have foldable beach chairs in their closets, and we’d be happy to confirm if your unit includes them. Beach services also have parasailing and wave runners available for a rent.
There is cable in every unit and wireless internet is available on the ground floor media center or you can sit right outside the media center, in the patio area, and receive internet signal. Washers and dryers are located on every even numbered floor and are coin operated. On the third floor there is a workout room, just stop by the office to pick up a key.
